Job summary

ESS Clinical in Columbus, OH is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a school-based role. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with school hours typically Monday–Friday and roughly 7-hour days, starting at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year.

You will deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals, collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school psychologists, work with PreK–12 opportunities, and support students’ social-emotional growth, behavior

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Valid Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
  • School-based experience preferred, but mentorship available for newcomers.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Employment Options: Full-Time | Part-Time

Location: Columbus Ohio

Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours (Typically 7 hour days)

School Year / Contract: 2026-2027 School Year

Employment Type: W2 (Benefits Eligible Based on Hours)

Start Date: Beginning of the school year

Pay Rate: up to $40.00/hour
