Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with children in school or related setting.
• Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or willing to attend training.
• Preference for Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with daily classroom needs, organization and vision.
• Observe lessons, copy materials, clarify directions and support SPED students.
• Meet weekly with teachers to discuss observations and progress
• Use behavior trackers to monitor student understanding and progress.
