Job summary

Westborough Public Schools is seeking a dynamic Special Education Support Professional (ESP-2) for Fales Elementary in Westborough, MA, starting Sep 2026. The role is on-site, 6-hour paid days, with occasional longer days (2 Mondays per month) and a 30-minute unpaid break.

The ESP-2 supports students with diverse needs and collaborates with a high-performing district team. Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree and the ability to work within IEP frameworks, with CORI/SORI/SAFIS

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s from an accredited college/university in a related field
• Solid related experience may substitute for a degree
• CORI, SORI and SAFIS Background Check required for appointments

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students in large groups, small groups, and one-to-one settings
• Assist with implementing accommodations and modifications per IEP
• Administer or assist in the administration of alternate tests
• Correct day-to-day student work under teacher direction
• Participate in staff development programs and Student Services Team
• Attend two Monday after school meetings per month and support classroom coverage as needed
