Job summary

The Westborough Public Schools seeks a dynamic Kindergarten Educational Support Professional (ESP-2) to join Fales Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. This one-year, on-site role features a 6-hour paid workday (6.5 hours with a 30-minute unpaid break) and 20 Monday overtime assignments as needed.

Reports to the Principal in the K-3 department; supports diverse learners and literacy/math instruction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's in a related field; solid experience may substitute for a degree.
• CORI, SORI and SAFIS background checks required.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support individually, in small groups, or leading whole class when needed.
• Collaborate with Kindergarten team to support diverse learners.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality with students and families.
• Support literacy and math instruction when appropriate.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
