Qualifications

• Two years of post high school education or pass SD standardized test.
• At least one year of work experience with interpersonal interaction and supporting students with social, emotional, and behavior needs.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; strong physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Escort students to transportation and common areas.
• Provide personal care as needed for students with daily living needs.
• Assist with 1:1 and small-group instruction reinforcing lessons and behavioral goals.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain student records.
