Job summary

Kyrene School District is seeking a CCB Resource Assistant Instructional Assistant to provide classroom support for children with special needs and to help implement behavior plans.

You will collect data on interventions, participate in team problem-solving, and contribute to creating and applying targeted supports for students with disabilities. The role is 25 hours per week and includes a Self Contained stipend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year experience in a school or with children with special needs.
• Experience supervising children preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and obtain IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom assistance and instruction for children with special needs.
• Implement behavior plans for students.
