Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in working with students with special needs.
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with students and staff.
• Knowledge and/or experience with, or aptitude to learn to assist with students’ behavior, medical or communication issues as assigned.
• Demonstrated record of good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with special needs under the supervision of the Building Administrator.
• Support behavior, medical or communication needs as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
