Job summary

Valley View School District 365U is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026/2027 school year at Bolingbrook High School. Under licensed supervision, you will assist students with disabilities in academic, functional, and social development across settings.

You will support instructional plans, manage behavior per IEP, and collaborate with teachers. Requires an Illinois Paraprofessional license and a high school diploma with college coursework; 182‑day schedule included.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid Illinois Professional Educator License with stipulations as Paraprofessional.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 30 college hours.
• Ability to support students with disabilities and implement IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with academic tasks and functional skills as directed.
• Supervise transitions and support classroom routines per IEP.
• Provide academic, functional, and behavioral support to students.
