• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Provide coaching and instructional support to special education teachers to improve instructional practices and student outcomes.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality professional learning opportunities tailored to SPED staff at district, campus, and teacher levels.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify needs and implement targeted professional development.
• Model effective instructional strategies and use data-driven decision-making to support student learning plans.
• Attend ARD meetings as needed to advocate for SPED students.
