Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.

• Flexibility to support both special education resource services and substitute teaching responsibilities.

• Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students receiving special education services.
• Support students in a resource setting based on their individualized educational needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, related service providers, and administrators.
• Assist with implementing student accommodations, modifications, and educational goals.
• Maintain appropriate student documentation and monitor progress.
• Provide substitute classroom coverage as needed and agreed upon with the school.
• Participate in job shadowing to become familiar with the school’s programs and students.
