Job summary

EdLogical Group is seeking a Resource Specialist Teacher in Los Angeles for a part-time role. You will craft IEP-aligned lesson plans, adapt curricula, and lead PBIS initiatives while coordinating with families and staff to support each student’s growth.

Qualifications

• State Certification required for the role.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s in Special Education preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable.
• 2–5 years with students having learning/social-emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans with accommodations aligned to IEP goals and standards.
• Adapt general education curriculum to individual student needs.
• Implement and manage PBIS program and data tracking.
• Supervise paraprofessionals in the classroom.
• Lead IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with families, related services, and agencies.
