Topaz HR is seeking a Full-Time Resource Specialist Teacher to support students across multiple school sites in Siskiyou County, CA. The role includes IEP management, collaboration with families and school teams, and specialized instruction in a school-based setting.

Requires a California SPED credential and a bachelor's degree or higher, with caseload management across multiple sites. This is a full-time, in-person position offering hourly compensation and mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and California SPED credential required.
• Experience with IEPs and case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of up to 28 students across multiple school sites
• Serve as the special education case manager for assigned students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings with families and school staff
• Monitor progress toward academic goals
• Prepare IEP progress reports and documentation
• Provide specialized instruction based on individual needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive settings
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed
