Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively with school-age children.
• Skills: Ability to handle confidential student records with discretion and maintain due process awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional support and student development under the Special Education Teacher and related service personnel.
• Assist with classroom management, supervise students, and support personal care needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and comply with district policies and FERPA.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff for professional growth and development.
