Job summary

Elk Creek Elementary School in Newcastle, CO is seeking a Signficant Support Needs Paraprofessional to support a student with significant needs under the supervision of a special education teacher and school staff.

Position Summary

Significant Support Needs Paraprofessional provides individualized support to a student with significant support needs to help them access the educational environment safely and successfully. Working under the supervision of a special education teacher and school staff, the paraprofessional assists with academic tasks, behavior support, communication, personal care, and social interaction to promote independence and participation in school activities

Full Time, 32 Hours Per Week, 153 Days Per Year
