Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a dependable and compassionate Special Education Paraprofessional (PCA) to support students across early intervention and school-age programs in Norristown, PA, for the 2026–2027 school year.

You will provide one-on-one or small group support, assist with individualized plans, and help students develop academic, behavioral, social, and life skills within a safe, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required; ability to complete all required training.
