Qualifications

• Two year degree or higher, 60 credits toward a degree, or pass MN ParaPro test.
• Basic child development background preferred.
• Willingness to work with students with special needs.
• Able to work independently.
• Demonstrated communication skills, patience, and flexibility.
• Experience with SPED students including EBD, LD, MMH.
• Confidentiality must be maintained.
• Follow teacher's plan and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
