Otsego Public Schools is seeking a Level 2 Classroom Paraprofessional for the high school to support students with special needs under the IEP framework.

The position requires assisting teachers, implementing plans, and providing physical support as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior experience with youth preferred. Compensation aligns with the OESPA pay scale and starts for the 2026-27 school year.

Otsego Public Schools’ staff is the heart of the district, and we are looking to add a Special Education Parapro to our high school staff. Special Education Aide must be both physically and mentally able to work with students with special needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
