Job summary

PediaStaff seeks a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students ages 3-5 in the Anoka, MN area. You will assist certified teachers with instruction, adapt activities, and help build inclusive, supportive learning experiences for young learners.

Qualifications

• Must pass MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam or have 60 college credits.
• Experience supporting diverse learners in a classroom setting preferred.
• Ability to work with young children (ages 3–5) in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom instruction and provide one-on-one or small group support.
• Adapt instructional materials and activities to meet diverse learning needs.
• Observe and manage student behavior to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and behavior; support classroom management.
• Support students with various disabilities, including learning disabilities, autism, and emotional disturbances.
