Qualifications

• To work in a Title I-funded school, 48 college credit hours or a passing score on a paraprofessional assessment issued by ETS or NES required.

Responsibilities

• Adapt classroom activities and materials to support objectives.
• Assist in implementing instructional programs and provide instruction to students.
• Participate in implementing IEP goals and behavioral plans.
• Perform clerical tasks to assist in materials preparation.
• Maintain data collection and documentation of activities and assistance.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Assist with health-related tasks and personal care as needed.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of students.
• Support students with access to electronic communicators and devices.
• Monitor students during lunch and other activities.
