Responsibilities

• Support instruction and classroom management under teacher direction.
• Enforce classroom rules and provide consistent consequences.
• Cover classes when teachers are assisting other students or away.
• Supervise students in hallways, lunchroom, playgrounds, and assemblies.
• Assist in proctoring tests and preparing instructional materials.
• Conduct small group and individual instruction per lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with staff and parents.
