Job summary

Huber Heights City Schools is seeking a Classified Paraprofessional ED Unit for Monticello Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. The paraprofessional will support students with identified disabilities in preacademic, academic and personal care activities, in both small and large group settings.

The role may involve diapering, toileting, feeding, mobility support and transitions from wheelchair or walker to floor/seat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to assist students with disabilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with identified disabilities in preacademic, academic and personal care areas.
• Assist in resource room and classroom settings, including group work.
• Provide mobility support and help with transitions from wheelchairs or walkers to floor/seat.
• Possible diapering, toileting, feeding assistance as directed by teachers.
