Qualifications

• Highly Qualified by meeting one of the listed options (ESEA, Parapro Exam, degree, or college hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to individual students or small groups using objectives and lessons.
• Assist with supplementary work and supervision of independent study.
• Prepare materials for instructional programs and modify as needed.
• Administer formal and informal assessments and record results.
• Observe, record and chart student performance, behaviors and learning styles.
• Operate assistive technology as part of individual programs.
