Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: assist lead teacher with individualized or small-group instruction per IEPs.
• Student Engagement: keep students focused in general and special education settings.
• Behavioral Support: implement BIPs and assist in de-escalation using district methods.
• Data Collection: observe, record, and chart progress.
• Personal Care (if needed): assist with daily living activities for students.
• Classroom Management: prepare materials, set up assistive tech, maintain organized environment.
