Wynen's is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students with disabilities in a school setting. You will assist individuals and small groups with classwork and academic tasks, and help implement behavior plans and IEP goals.

You will support daily routines, participate in classroom activities, provide personal care as needed, and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student progress. Basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Understanding of special education support needs and student behavior.
• Ability to work effectively with students, families (as applicable), and staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort supporting IEP goals, routines, and personal care tasks.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications.
