New Story Schools in Cumberland County, PA is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will work with teachers to implement goals, assist with daily living and behavior supports, and help students succeed with patience and encouragement.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, age 21+, and experience with individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities.

As a Special Education Paraprofessional at New Story Schools, you will work alongside teachers to support students’ academic, behavioral, and daily living goals. You’ll play a vital role in helping each student succeed through direct support, patience, and encouragement.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
