Job summary

Kids for the Future in Grand Forks, ND is seeking an Educational Assistant to support students with disabilities in various school settings under teachers' supervision. • Support students individually or in small groups in different classroom settings.
• Use AT equipment to aid learning.
• Supervise students and support classroom management.
• Assist in providing accommodations and adaptations.
• Help students develop self-management skills.
• Collaborate with teachers on monitoring the classroom to minimize disruptions.
• Assist with loading/unloading from buses and drop-off/pick-up zones.
• Participate in professional development and behavior support training.
• Promote safe, student-centered learning environments and effective communication.
• Maintain high ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the district supervisor.
