Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• AA degree or 48 semester hours or WorkKeys assessment required.
• CPR, first aid and behavior management may be required.
• Valid Alaska driver's license required.
• Some prior experience with school-age children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works primarily with students in special education.
• Presents material and activities to improve reading, writing, math, computers, and vocational skills.
• Works individually or in small groups.
• Records grades and progress and behavior.
