Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students with communication, sensory, learning and behavioral challenges per certified staff.
• Use a variety of instructional and social/emotional strategies across settings.
• Collect behavioral, academic, social, and communication data using charts or tables.
• Provide 1:1 support to small groups.
• Willingness to be trained in de-escalation and physical restraint techniques.
• Coordinate with teachers and other service providers as a team member.
• Flexibility with assignment changes based on student needs.
