Job summary

Everett Public Schools seeks a Paraeducator for 1:1 Achieve in Special Education for the 2026-27 school year. Position supports students under the Individualized Education Plan and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The Achieve program focuses on health and behavioral supports, with opportunities to implement intervention plans and participate in student transportation as needed. The district emphasizes inclusive education and equity in services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Individualized Educational Plan
• Academic, behavior/social, and/or adaptive needs
• Assisting implementation of Behavior Intervention plan
• Assisting in the health plan, toileting plan, and/or medical delegations depending on students' individualized plan
• May require Right Response training; depending on program and student needs
• May require riding the bus with a student
