Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or successful completion of a paraprofessional assessment/exam may be required by some districts.
• Previous experience working with children or students with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to follow and implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication, patience, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting students and helping them reach their full potential.
