Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of a Special Education Teacher
  • Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Support students in both classroom and small-group settings to promote engagement and independence
  • Help adapt instructional materials and classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs
  • Collect data on student progress and communicate observations to the teaching and support team
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages participation and confidence
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily living tasks as needed
