Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree.
• Pass a standardized assessment (ParaPro or WorkKeys) with a passing score.
• Proven track-record of high achievement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Current authorization to work in the United States by day one of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Work with an experienced special educator to support a small caseload of students.
• Implement an effective, rigorous academic and behavior intervention system for a small caseload.
• Provide consistent and high academic and behavioral expectations.
• Support student mastery of state, city, and school standards.
• Lead daily individual and small group tutoring sessions.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
