Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom activities and materials under teacher guidance to reinforce objectives.
• Administers tests and assignments to support teachers in the classroom.
• Assists medically fragile or physically disabled students with personal hygiene.
• Attends trainings (first aid, CPR, emergency procedures) to stay updated on procedures.
• Communicates with staff and parents to evaluate progress and IEPS.
• Implements behavioral plans designed by IEP team under supervision.
• Maintains instructional materials and records to meet requirements.
• Monitors students in various school settings to ensure safety and positive learning.
• Provides instruction to individuals and groups to reinforce objectives and IEP goals.
• Demonstrates reliability and regular attendance for consistent routines.
• Keeps confidentiality of students and staff information.
