Job summary

Hawaiʻi State Department of Education is seeking a Math Resource Teacher to deliver evidence-based math instruction and targeted interventions for students with mild to moderate disabilities in K-12. You will manage IEP caseloads, track progress with data, and use assessments to drive instructional decisions and compliance with HTSB standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and Hawaii teaching licensure or Emergency Hire Permit, with preference for a Special Education Mild/Moderate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Hawaii teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit.
• Preferred: Special Education Mild/Moderate license from HTSB.
• Experience with IEP meetings and data-driven instruction.
• Ability to administer math assessments and track progress.
