Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred for specialized instruction.
• Massachusetts licensure in Moderate/Severe Special Needs (1-6) required or preferred.
• SEI Endorsement preferred to support ELL/ESL learners in special education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement schedules for students' services per IEPs' service delivery.
• Coordinate schedules with classroom teachers and other specialists' service delivery.
• Select instructional programs and methodologies, plan and implement instruction aligned to IEP goals and objectives.
• Provide instruction addressing IEP goals with appropriate differentiation.
• Use behavior management techniques during individual or small group instruction.
