Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree as specified in prerequisites.
• Experience with students with behavioral challenges and eligibility for special education.
• 40 hours of ABA training required; CPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide core curriculum instruction and behavior intervention to students with disabilities.
• Attend IEP meetings and support instruction per goals.
• Follow schedules for instruction and behavior plan implementation; participate in staff development.
• Prepare for inspections and ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Collaborate with Behavior Specialist, administrators, teachers and staff on progress toward goals.
• Assist in crisis intervention and behavior management when trained and assigned.
