Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related behavioral sciences.
• 40 hours of ABA training.
• Willingness to obtain CPI certification.
• Experience with students who have behavioral challenges and IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and behavior intervention to students with disabilities under supervision.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support implementation of behavior plans.
• Assist with data collection, progress monitoring and reporting to staff and families.
• Support classroom teachers with curriculum and material preparation and organization.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of student information and maintain compliance with district policies.
