Qualifications

• 40 hours of ABA training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide core curriculum instruction and behavior intervention to students with disabilities in an assigned classroom or program.
• Participate in IEP meetings; support behavior plan implementation and progress reporting.
• Follow schedule and participate in staff development to reinforce interventions.
• Help prepare for inspections and maintain detailed records of interventions and outcomes.
• Confer with staff on progress toward behavior goals and assist with data reporting.
• Monitor and support behavior contracts and student progress.
