Salary: The annual salary for this position ranges from $58,500 (Step 0, Bachelor's) to $101,105 (Step 30+, Doctorate) based on the approved 2026-2027 school year salary scale. Please review the Teacher Scale to see where your specific education level and verified years of experience place you. Final salary placement is determined strictly by verified years of creditable experience.

The IEP Writer provides specialized support in the development, review, and revision of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure compliance with federal, state, and division regulations. This position assists Associate Teachers across the division in drafting high-quality, data-driven IEPs that reflect each student's strengths, needs, and educational goals. The IEP Writer collaborates closely with case managers/roster teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to promote clarity, compliance, and effective service planning.
