Special Education Ed Tech II

The West Bath SAU is seeking a Special Education Ed Tech II to support a West Bath student at the Bath Middle School in a Student Support Program for students with Autism. The ideal candidate for this position will be a flexible, organized, kind and compassionate team player, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ABA programming, trauma-sensitive care, and behavior management practices is preferred. Prior successful experience working with middle school special education students is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with board certified behavior analyst, supervising teacher and colleagues
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with students despite challenging behaviors
• Ability to collect data in various formats
