Qualifications

• Educational Technician I Certification required.
• Experience providing instructional support in a classroom setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide instructional support under direct teacher supervision.
• Ensure a safe environment through consistency and communication with students and staff.
• Follow student plans as defined or as directed by the teacher, applying approved techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student work completion, behavioral progress and other areas, following established routines and procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as requested by the Building Administrator or supervising teacher.
• Assist with classroom activities and promote student engagement and success.
