ReNEW Schools in Rochester, MN is seeking a 1.0 FTE Special Education - EBD Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary is prorated based on hire date.
This role requires a Minnesota PELSB license in the appropriate area (K-12 EBD or Academic Behavior Strategist) or equivalent licensure. Preference is given to candidates with a full standard license in the assigned subject and/or grade level, and experience in urban, multicultural education.

Salary: Prorated based upon hire date.
Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required: K-12 Emotional Behavior Disorders or Academic Behavior Strategist.
RPS makes an effort to hire teachers with a full standard license in the assigned subject and/or grade level.
Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable.
Demonstrates continued professional development through coursework, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development.
Working knowledge of the subject matter, classroom management techniques, current researched best practices and strategies, as well as students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
