Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse student groups and support individualized instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with small group instruction and support individualized services.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents via reports.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to address student needs.
• Use behavior support strategies and assist with daily plans.
