Job summary

FullBloom in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Teacher/Support Specialist to work with small groups of students, delivering individualized services and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with the teacher to implement the SESI academic rotational model and support, document, and track student growth.

You will assist with assessments, reinforce learning, provide one-on-one tutorials, and participate in behavior support and safety procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with students with special needs in education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with small groups of students to deliver individualized support.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement the SESI academic rotational model.
• Assist with assessments and progress documentation.
• Provide behavior and academic support, including one-on-one tutorials.
• Support daily planning and safety procedures.
• Supervise students during transitions and activities.
• Assist with crisis management and de-escalation when necessary.
