Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work with students with disabilities and follow educator guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing student work, stations, and displays.
• Support instructional activities under the special education team leader.
• Facilitate liaison between regular and special education teachers on IEPs and curriculum adaptations.
• Provide on-the-spot instructional support and daily progress feedback to teachers.
• Support students with physical and medical needs as assigned, including transfers and positioning.
• Supervise students during the school day and assist with lunchroom, bus duty, and playground.
