Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 72 college quarter credits and/or ETS test completed.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Excellent written and oral communication; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with small group instruction under supervision.
• Support reading and math remediation for students.
• Supervise students in halls and lunchroom.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain student confidentiality and ethics.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Follow district policies and safety rules.
• Provide social/emotional support to students.
• Teach basic life and social skills.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Willing to perform student care tasks.
