2025-2026 REA Calendar
SALARY RANGE: $50,525 - $91,753/annually (prorated based on hire date)
Based on level of education and full years of licensed teaching experience.
Review the 2023-2025 REA Contract containing salary schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required: B-12 Autism Spectrum Disorder or K-12 Academic and Behavioral Strategist
RPS makes an effort to hire teachers with a full standard license in the assigned subject and/or grade level.

Additional Qualifications: Current Minnesota teaching license with PELSB required. Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable. Demonstrates continued professional development through coursework, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development. Working knowledge of subject matter, classroom management techniques, current researched best practices and strategies, as well as students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
