Job summary

LOGAN HOCKING LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a 9-month MH Educational Aide for Central Elementary to support students with disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene under the supervision of the Multihandicapped Teacher and school staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Uphold school rules and policies.
Assist students with physical or behavioral disabilities according to individualized needs.
Provide physical care including feeding, bathroom needs, and personal hygiene.
Assist in motor development activities and instructional exercises as directed by the teacher.
Prepare instructional materials and classroom displays as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of student information.
Supervise students during various school activities and transitions.
