Job summary
Prodeo Academy is seeking a Special Education Educational Assistant to support students with disabilities academically, behaviorally, and functionally under licensed staff. You will work in collaborative teams, provide individual and small-group support, assist with data collection, behavior support, and fulfill personal care tasks when needed.

Qualifications
- Must meet Minnesota Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements as listed.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with children and PCA certification.
- Ability to follow written plans and protocols with fidelity.
Responsibilities
- Support instruction for individual students or small groups under licensed supervision.
- Assist with instructional activities, accommodations, and behavior plans.
- Collect and document data on student progress and maintain confidentiality.
- Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs using school-wide systems.
- Provide personal care and medical support as required, with training.
