Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs duties under supervision to support instructional goals.

• Assists with basic classroom management and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing behavior and classroom procedures to support learning.
• Help plan and direct learning activities under supervision.
• Support small groups of learners to meet educational needs.
• Assist in meeting physical needs of students as needed.
• Prepare materials and handle attendance/grades under supervision.
• Participate in in-service training to improve skills.
• Work with teachers, parents, and students to support educational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
